How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then shipped. Delivery typically takes 7-20 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 3-5 business days after shipping for tracking info to update.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We've got you covered. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@decorhomenest.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you don't even need to send anything back.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Will the color/lighting look exactly like the photos?
