We make returns simple. You do not need to send anything back. If there is a genuine issue with your order, we will resolve it with a refund or a free replacement — and you keep the item.

What We Cover

1. Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or broken, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

  • You must report the damage within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the damage and how it affects the product's functionality
  • If the packaging is damaged but the product itself works perfectly, we are unable to process a refund

2. Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or your order is missing something, we will send the correct item or issue a full refund.

  • Please provide clear photos of the item you received, the original packaging, and the shipping label
  • Indicate exactly what was incorrect (wrong color, size, or item)
  • Report within 7 days of delivery

3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order shows no tracking updates or has not arrived within the timeframes below, we will resend your order or issue a full refund:

  • USA orders: If not delivered within 45 days of shipping date
  • International orders: If not delivered within 60 days of shipping date

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to provide a non-delivery certification from your local carrier or postal authority.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled

What We Do Not Cover

  • Orders where tracking confirms successful delivery
  • Damage to packaging only, where the product itself is undamaged and fully functional
  • Orders reported more than 90 days after payment
  • Change of mind purchases after the order has been shipped

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  2. Include clear photos or videos showing the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  4. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Important Notes

  • You do not need to return the item — keep it, donate it, or dispose of it safely
  • Refund requests must be made within 90 days of your original payment date
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method only
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
