Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 states across the United States of America, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship internationally to select countries.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If your tracking number is not updating, please wait a few more days as it can take time for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If you still have concerns, contact us at support@decorhomenest.com.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the timeframes below, please contact us and we will investigate immediately:

  • USA orders — contact us if not received within 45 days of your shipping confirmation
  • International orders — contact us if not received within 60 days of your shipping confirmation

We will resend your order or issue a full refund based on the outcome of our investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after ordering, contact us immediately at support@decorhomenest.com. We will do our best to correct it before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before ordering.
